We're back!

I founded the original chocolate tours in 2005, from an idea I started in Paris before that at age 19 while studying abroad and enjoying fine French chocolate.

After 2005, I grew the tour business across the US, operated the business for several years, closed the doors, journeyed to the source of cacao in Ecuador and to small-batch chocolate makers across North and South America, brokered cacao and chocolate and consulted to chocolate makers and chocolate growing nations, and have now reopened the tours, with new exciting elements!
