NYC November 2014

An inspiring visit to New York City included the best of the best at Manhattan's Broadway Bites food market, and exquisite sampling at star locations like Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery. And of course there was time for art and shopping - chic with the sweet.

Ecuador September 2014

Our life-changing trip with ProEcuador took us to Ecuador's capital city Quito for meetings with wonderful cacao growers, and to cacao farms in the Amazon basin as well as in the Pacific coastal plain, where we experienced the true origins of chocolate.

We also made time for a visit to the equator, sightseeing in Quito's gilded churches and beyond, and a Harvard Club of Ecuador luncheon and other delicious culinary adventures. Plus, we had an extender trip to Miami on the way home. Ecuador is the best-kept secret in the Western Hemisphere.
